Developing leadership styles

I developed and delivered an innovative leadership development program for women in the UK.

Problem Statement / Opportunity: Recognising the underrepresentation and unique challenges faced by women in leadership roles, particularly in the UK, the “Developing Leadership Styles” program was initiated. It aimed to empower women leaders by enhancing their leadership skills, assertiveness, and communication abilities, tailored to their needs and experiences.

What I Did / Delivered: Drawing from my extensive experience in organisational change and leadership development, I designed a comprehensive program focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of leadership. The program included interactive workshops, real-life case studies, and personalised coaching sessions. It was structured to help participants explore various leadership styles, develop skills aligned with their strengths and values, and understand the dynamics of management in diverse organisational cultures.

Outcomes: The program was highly successful, equipping numerous women with the skills and confidence to take on senior roles and effectively lead their teams. Feedback highlighted improvements in participants’ leadership capabilities, self-esteem, and ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics. The program also fostered a supportive network among women leaders, encouraging continued personal and professional growth.
