Problem Statement / Opportunity: The “Planning for Success” workshop was designed to address the need for effective business planning among over 100 business leaders. The goal was to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to create impactful business plans, which would lead to measurable success in their respective fields. This workshop offered a unique opportunity for business leaders to gain insights into the most effective strategies for planning and executing business goals in a rapidly changing corporate landscape.
What I Did / Delivered: I developed and presented the full-day workshop, focusing on the fundamentals of successful business planning.
