Who I am

Now based in Melbourne, I bring over three decades of strategic leadership and project management expertise to the table. My journey as the granddaughter of Italian migrants has deeply influenced my passion for building strong communities and fostering innovation.

With extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager and Director in various IT organisations, I’ve successfully delivered and managed IT services and projects for both Government agencies and private corporations. My leadership roles have included managing teams of up to 40 consultants and overseeing complex IT transformations.

I specialise in evidence-based leadership, with a strong background in IT strategy, organisational change, and behaviour. My qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an Honour’s degree in Psychological Science, and a Master’s degree in Business, with a focus on organisational change. Additionally, I’m a Prosci-Certified Change Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, and a member of both the Australian Computer Society and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Outside of work, I’m a keen amateur cyclist, a super-proud nanna, and an average but enthusiastic piano player.
